Glen talks about dealing with PTSD and Trauma and having better communication.
Glen is a retired police officer/detective, author, and nationally known speaker. He developed PTSD, didn't deal with it, and developed detrimental behaviors common to it. Glen shut down, stopped talking, and ended up divorced. Three years alone at his cabin allowed Glen to get back in touch with whom he really is. He taught himself to open up and communicate openly and honestly. He now has a wonderful relationship with no secrets. This applies to personal and professional relationships. Glen wrote the book, Bridging the Gap and now travels and speaks about overcoming trauma, self-accountability, communication, and developing good relationships.
