Ryan Baer discusses techniques to have better mental health including meditation.

Ryan has found a few things to help his mental health.

He has worked on his routine to maintain his mental health and is always open to making adjustments.

He found a job with a consistent schedule that allows him to do the things he needs to do. It is a great environment that supports him and he likes the leadership he brings to the table. Much improved from previous jobs so that is key. 

He also exercises regularly and watches his diet. I also take vitamin D daily, magnesium, and iodine with kelp.

He makes sure to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep, He writes and listens to music frequently and sometimes while he writes.

He has studied mediation and he knows there are different forms. From what he's learned, he does a form of meditation when he listens to music. 

Music is a big part of Ryans's life. 

Ryan also has made an impact on social media and my blog. Ryan has had people reach out to him for advice and that they like what he writes about. 

Ryan believes he has found his niche, which is why it is now his passion project. 

Ryan has a deep understanding of the things he writes about and the control he has on his lifestyle.
